These terms apply to allreposhere.com (“All Repos Here”, “the site”, “we”, “us”), which is operated by an individual based in Mumbai, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Many of these terms describe how the site works and what it does not do. Those statements apply as notices of fact whether or not these terms form a contract with you.
What the site is
All Repos Here is a free directory of public open-source repositories hosted on GitHub. It groups them by platform, industry, niche, department and workflow and links to each original repository. It is provided for general information. We do not host, distribute or sell the listed software, and there are no accounts.
Information on the site may be wrong
Star counts, licences, descriptions, release dates and similar details are read automatically from GitHub and other public sources. They may be out of date, incomplete or wrong.
The short summaries are written by us to describe each project. They may be inaccurate or out of date, and they are not the project’s own description.
Listed projects belong to their owners
Each listed repository is made and controlled by its own authors and has its own licence, or none. That licence alone decides what you may do with the code. A listing does not mean we have reviewed, tested, audited or security-checked the project, or that its owners know about or approve of the listing. Installing, running or relying on any project is at your own risk. See the disclaimer.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, any listed project or any linked site. This includes harm caused by bugs, vulnerabilities, malicious code or licence problems in third-party projects.
Some places do not allow these exclusions, so they apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Links to other sites
Most links lead to GitHub, project websites, Hacker News and dev.to. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Listings are at our discretion
We may add, change or remove any listing, summary or headline, and change or stop any part of the site, at any time and for any reason. For corrections, removals and copyright notices, see content removal and DMCA.
Our content and trademarks
The site’s design, summaries, articles and the way the directory is organised belong to us. You may quote short extracts with a link to the page they come from.
GitHub and the names of listed projects are trademarks of their owners. They are used here only to identify the projects and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
